Processing & Fulfillment Time
All of our apparel, is produced on demand. We typically require 2–5 business days to fulfill your order (i.e. print, embroider, package) before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is fulfilled, it’s handed over to trusted carriers. Delivery times depend on destination, shipping option selected, and local processing. Here are typical estimates:
United States (domestic)
- 3–4 business days standard, 1–3 business days express (after fulfillment)
International
- 5–20 business days standard (May take longer depending on customs, carrier, or remote area)
* These are estimates. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, please reach out to us, we’ll help you track it and resolve any issues.
Multiple Shipments / Split Orders
Some products, especially hats, embroidered caps, or products produced in different facilities, may ship separately. This means your order might arrive in more than one package. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Import Taxes & Duties
For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for handling customs, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These fees vary by country and order value. We recommend including your phone number when placing an international order to reduce delivery issues.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that link to see delivery updates. If you don’t receive your package by the estimated time, double-check the shipping address you provided, check with your local postal carrier, and then contact us so we can assist.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, order number, and description of the issue. We will coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue (replacement or refund) as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable / Exchanges
Because our items are printed or embroidered on demand, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing error, defect, or misprint, we will make it right. For more information please see our Refund policy here
